This company promises quality and delivers (Inappropriate Content Removed). Upon receipt of products they send no invoice or product list. Address label has not address for returns. Billing occurs later than delivery of product. Company lowered prices to accept payment in lieu of sending products back. Beware of salespeople not affiliated with billing dept Why are separate companies used? Probably to scam. Go to another vendor!

Tom,
My name is Roger and I am a Big State Customer Service Rep. We have been in business over twenty years and we stand behind the quality of our merchandise. Our physical address for returns is located on the upper left hand corner of the invoice. Billing terms begin on the day the order ships.
Big State employs no salesmen, we are a local distribution warehouse. If an order is submitted to us by an outside independent marketing company, we will call you to verify legitimacy before shipping.
I assure you there is no scam. From your complaint, it appears as though we offered to set up the return or offer you a discount in order to save you the time and trouble, and it sounds like you accepted the discount.
I am sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with your Big State experience. I am not sure what more we could have done to improve it, but I sincerely hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.
