After my initial online purchase at Ben Franklin.com was delayed for weeks and the website wasn't updating the status, I contacted the company via Email to find out the status. Kathy from Customer Service was helpful and assured me my order would be sent the following week. While two items were back-ordered, the rest of the order was filled. I hope to receive my back-ordered items shortly.
