I purchased 2 pairs of Crocs. I got a confirmation email, but they have not been shipped. I emailed the company and have not heard back. On their website, it said they respond within 12 hours. I emailed them 3 days ago. The order status when I looked a few days ago still said "pending". I tried to view their site this morning but it wouldn't come up, just got "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". I have filed a claim with PayPal to get my money back!
