On the date cited above, I ordered a pair of Doc. Martens from CheapGivenchy. They never arrived although the payment from my acct. was swiftly processed. I logged a complaint with PayPal and escalated the dispute to a claim. PayPal indicated on or around August 12, that the seller had "provided proof of shipment," therefore PayPal was unable to "reverse this transaction or issue a refund."
On August 14, I received my package from China: a cheap, plastic shower cap that I most certainly didn't order and would never, ever, ever have paid almost $40 for.
