Dear Sir/Ms,
Here I report a scam against the Staples store at South Plainfield, NJ (7000 Hadley Rd., South Plainfield, NJ 07080).
I bought a HP printer Ink (HP 92/93 BLK/CLR INK) at that store on Jul. 6. After I returned home and opened the box, I found the two ink's bag were already opened and used, and the two inks were all "black", it should be one black and one color. -- I bought two empty black ink boxes with $37.44! I brought them to the store the next day, but the manager (Laurel Hannigan) said that they couldn't replace a new one nor money back. It is that store's fault, why I need to incur this loss through the Defective Product from that staples store?
And I've sent a complain email to Staples on 07/08/11 but never get any response.
