I have never been treated so rudely as I did that afternoon at staples copy centre. I emailed the details twice to their complaints department, but they just ignored me. In addition, they overcharged me for a service that they didn't do. The big problem was that they tried to bully me because I came into the store with a backpack. I walk, I don't drive, but that doesn't make me a criminal. I'm not angry that this happened, as much as that they did nothing about it. Then somebody harrassed me on facebook about giving young people a hard time. I don't care how old you are, you can at least be civil to somebody twice your age. I really don't care about the money. I have spent alot of money in that store!
