International boundaries

I cannot access my Aol email accounts. Since I received an email concerning compromises of email privacy, and attempted to view the link, AOL has completely shut down my account, using every possible means to thwart me, such as claiming there is a problem with the account, including preventing me from opening a new email account with another provider. They have not canceled my account, but it is impossible for me to open it in less than fifteen minutes, or to read a message titled "internet privacy", or to access a gmail account I previously set up or to obtain a new account. I request that AOL be shut down permanently and none of their employees ever be allowed to work again.
