A person who presented herself as Supriya Jones called me on November 6, 2011 to propose me a rental vacation subscription on a promotional annual basis of 30 % and three extra months free of charge. She said that alwaysonvacation.com is a partner of Ryanair and that they have an enormous network. I accepted to give her my card number after what she promissed to call me back in 20 minutes in order to help me present in the best possible way my rental.
The next day I understood that nobody would call me so I sent her an email asking for cancelling my subsription and refund me entirely. I sent an email to all email addresses of the company that I could find on their website. No way.
I reported it to the Police and sent a copy of the report to my Bank. The Bank reimboursed me but redebited my account two months later (in February). They sent me an email of the company where they argued that a woman with my family name did ask to subscribe and that my listing was present on their website since two months. Even more then 200 people saw my listing ?!
No modification of my listing is possible through my personal space on this website. The content is completely modified by their default software so my listing offers a lake and mountain views wheas it is situated on the French Riviera.
In spite of many calls and emails, nobody responded nor called me so far.
I ask all the victims of this company to contact me as soon as possible. Those who live in USA or UK where this company is registered are kindly invited to contact me in order to undertake a class action. I al a French and I live in France, so I ask all American or British victims to try to find a lawyer who accepts to represent us on a percentage basis. I propose myself to forward him all the complaints I have received till then.
I truly think that such companies who cheat people must respond for their acts.
