ORDERED A WEDDING DRESS- IT ARRIVED , WRONG COLOUR,STAINS ON THE DRESS, HOLES IN THE DRESS AND BAD STICHING, DIFFERENT COLOUR STITCHING. I POSTED A VIDEO TO THEM THEY SAID THEY COULDNT VIEW IT , I PUT IT ON YOU TUBE UNDER TIDEBUY WEDDING DRESS AND SENT PICS THIS IS MY REPLY
I have seen that pictures you attached here. As for the little sewing problem, please kindly note that for freshly tailored dress, there might be few stitchings that are not all perfect, but we made the dress per your requests and there's just very minor problems. So we can give you 5 USD as compensation and you can keep the dress and get it fixed easily. In order to express our apology, we can assure to give you some more discount for further business, we really appreciate your kind understanding.
