The undermentioned correspondence explains the problem:

Hi Vicky,

The dress has been altered to fit my body, therefore,pictures taken now will not show the measurements in the original form. They will show the altered measurements.

The pictures of which you are in possession shows the dress in the original condition as it was sent to me. The measurements are from side to nipple,and side to side. This clearly shows the measurements of the dress. There is also a picture of the back of the dress. The measurements of the dress bodice was also explained in previous emails.

Of course, the measurements are clearly shown on the pictures in your possession. I honestly believe you can see from those pictures the bodice measurements.

We just checked the pictures carefully, but so sorry to tell you that the way you measured the dress is not correct, we know that you have sent plently of pictures to us, but we still couldn't get the total bust size of the dress.

Here we will send you an attachment, please take the measurements in four steps which include left side to left nipple, nipple to nipple, right nipple to right side, the width line of the back.

We are waiting for the qualified pictures and please be sure to take the pictures strictly as per the request in the attachment. Thank you.

We will investigate such an issue as soon as possible after we receive yours photos and will contact you to solve it.
