My Wells Faro Bank statement showed a check #1607 dated 11/22/2011 payable to Interben Med, a check not from my check book but according to the bank had the correct routing and account number. I do not know how that was obtained. A phone call on 12/12/2011 to Interben Med at 1-866-840-2527 revealed this was for some type of prescription drug discount plan which I obviously did not want since I belong to the Kaiser Permanente Program. I so informed Inerben Med and was assured this would be cancelled and a refund would appear on my bank statement in four to five weeks. I again called Interben Med on 2/16/2012 and was told I was indeed due a refund and they would so inform the company (I was unable to learn who the company was.). My request for an address elicited the address of 100 Walnut St., Suite 1051, Champlain, NY 12919.My letter dated 3/13/2012 to that address was returned marked "refused return to sender" and stamped "reurn to sender no forwarding address".
