Placed order on 2/19/12, bank card charged immediately. Shipping policy stated that the merchandise would be sent within 4 days; I never got a notification of any kind and the website with my order was never updated. I also never received merchandise; after leaving several voice mails and sending emails, I left a message that I was canceling the order and expected my refund. On March 4th, I received an email acknowledging the cancellation ("We will cancel the transaction per your request."). As of today, 3/26/12, I have received no refund. I just left another voice mail and am about to file a report with the BBB.
