Purchased and paid for vacation one week at "their Facility" or I could trade for a small fee to go to any facility in large resort catalog shown.
Reality :maintenance fee, and yearly fees. despite numerous phone call and email requests, NO FREE WEEK AVAILABLE ANYWHERE. In fact the only communication we get is just repeated barrage of junk mail online type flyers.
