Attempts to contact have gooten no response. Stay Away From Here

Hello,
The DVD works just fine, the reason for which you could not open is most likely because you did not have the proper software installed. FLV format is used for videos which work both on website and on DVD, and for them VLC Player is needed. You can download it for free here:
