I received a CITIbank official check for $3,980. from (claim agent) Micheal Quest (Personal Info Removed) total entilement $150.000.00. And a letter stating "the sole purpose of the check is for the payment of applicable Government Taxes on your big winings. Government taxes cannot be deducted from the winning amount because of the insurance policy coverage. The tax amount is $1,995.00 US Dollars (One thousand nine hundred Ninety five dollars) to be paid directly to the tax agent."
