I purchased 2 tablets online through this "eGlobal-Electronics.com" website.We received the products today(3.20.2012)but one of them did not charge nor turn it on.The other turn on but did not work as it said on the manual book at all and shut off right away even though it plugged in the charger for all day. The website reviews/comments about how excellent this product works were totally false statement(none of them work). It did not work at all. So I contact the customer service# on the website however even though I called during their business hours the answering machine said "no one here to help you. Good bye" & hang up on me. I tried to call them 5 times but it's always same.I send the complain and request for the refund to their customer services via email but no reply back to me yet.I was very concerned about their customer services so I checked online again to see if this company is rigid. I found this website where 124 peoples has been scammed by this company(over $21,233 damages) and now plus my damage. I understand if the cost is cheap I should expect low quality but NOT the broken or non-functioning products at all!! None of them work!! Anyway, today I receive a call from the lady name "Cindy" who are going to assist my refund process. Her Extension # is 484 (1.877.345.6225). According to her even though they are the one send me TWO broken tablets still they will charge me 25% of my purchase fee for them to restock or whatever the reason they come up with to take money from us. I ask her how do we know if her company are keep sending "Broken Products" on purpose to just make some money just charging us 25%. My case comes up to $65.00 and that's a lot especially I did nothing wrong, They did. Cindy simply hang up on me. I will send these stupid broken products back at my own cost but I am not sign the form agreeing to let them charge 25%. I have a proof of sending them back their broken products so I will go to my credit card company to see what they can do to protect someone like me who got scammed. I will keep you all posted.
