So I order a few pairs of shoes from them, as they had great prices. I received the shoes yesterday, excitedly opened the box, and found size 6 1/2 (I'm a 8 1/2). I double checked my invoice, and sure enough, that's what I ordered. I contacted them, as it'd be very costly to ship back, plus re-order and pay shipping again. They said it's not their issue, that they will not refund any money for the shipping for it to be sent back, even though it's their fault.
So my choices are be stuck with shoes that don't fit and find someone to sell to, or pay shipping, return, re-order, and pay more shipping. Waste of cash!

I don't think I specified the problem right, I ORDERED a 8 1/2, is what I meant when I said sure enough, that's what I ordered. As you can see in the photo's, I added my invoice, and a photo of the shoe.
