I purchased an antivirus thinking was purchasing a legitimate protection. Later my computer was hit by a virus telling me there is very serious danger that I need to buy this product to protect my computer from crashing and it will fix any computer problem I was having. It won't let me do anything to get out of that screen so I was forced to just follow the menu and purchased it. My credit card was charged $84.00 by HDDLIVESUPPORT.COM on Jan 24, 2012. A few weeks later my computer crashed. I got it serviced but I lost my files, had to get a legit antivirus, and had to buy a starter disk.
