The federal Housing Bureau is an organization that claims to help distressed home owners. Home owners pay them a monthly fee to keep their home from Foreclosing. They instruct the homeowner to cloud their deed so the bank can not get a clear title and therefore can not sell their home. The scary thing is they are instructing the homeowner to commit fraud which is a crime and has for some people resulted in a jail sentence. It doesn't keep the home from foreclosing. the bank can still foreclose It just makes it harder for the bank to have their lawyers clear the deed. This is one of the reasons there are so many vacant homes sitting for so long. The really sad thing is once the deed is clouded it takes a lot of work to uncloud it yet these poor dumb people continue to pay a monthly fee to "keep their homes from foreclosing." Sadly these are the same dumb people who were victims of loan fraud in the first place.

- You’re full of crap Brokendreams! I was a client of federal Housing Bureau. I am NOT as you describe “poor dumb people”! I paid my mortgage for years, got injured on the job & had to go out on disability. I contacted the bank to get a loan mod, they strung me along for 9 months, denied me & then tried to foreclose on me. Thank God I was referred to FHB. They delayed my sale & after 6 months the bank gave up & decided to approve my loan mod. My family & I got to KEEP OUR HOME thanks to FHB. I’ve referred 6 people to them from my church. One of them has a sale date coming up & found your foul, false post & emailed me the link. I told them that you’re an idiot & to ignore it. They’re now with FHB. So your attempt has failed. How dare you do this! Scambook is a site for people who’ve been scammed by a company. Your post says nothing about you being scammed. You have a misleading headline “Federal Housing Bureau - False Advertising for $10,000.00 on 03/01/2012”. You never even mentioned why you put up the headline! You’re scamming us into reading this garbage. There’s nothing fraudulent about what they do, IT DOES STOP YOUR FORECLOSURE & they have nothing to do with foreclosed houses sitting vacant! I talked with 4 foreclosure delay companies (like the one you probably work for) before going with FHB. They wanted me to pay $1,500 per month! I told them if I had $1,500 I’d pay my mortgage! I asked what they did differently than FHB to charge so much. They couldn’t answer. But what they did do was badmouth FHB to get me to buy theirs. JUST LIKE YOU’RE DOING! If you have to badmouth another company to get customers, then what you’re doing must not be that good. & how dare you refer to people in need as “poor dumb people”! Who the hell do you think that you are? So for anyone reading this, IGNORE this LIAR THEY’RE A STUPID JERK WHO EITHER WORKS FOR THE BANKS OR ARE A COMPETITOR OF FHB. Federal Housing Bureau is wonderful and I even left an audio testimonial on their website

- Brokendreams it was very wrong for you to say these things. They are not true. Federal Housing bureau are very good people. They helped me to keep my home. I am very happy with what they did for me and my family.
