I was ignorant of pop ups and sent for sample of Juveneu lotions which continued to be delivered,(usually helpful neighbours) signing for them. I managed to send three deliveries back but they are craftily too big for postboxes. I wrote that I only wanted the samples but have received no acknowledgements whatsoever and have been unable to contact them. I have only recently discovered the regular amounts taken from my bank and understand that the right to do this must have been in small print but I certainly do not remember reading it! I was astonished to find that approx. £550 has been taken including foreign postage and conversion fees and desperately. need to put an end to this. Any advice would be welcomed.
