I saw the advertisement for a free trial of Juveneu anti wrinkle serum, you were asked to pay £1.99 to cover postage and packaging and they sent you out your free trial. There were two products connected but I had to give my details twice. Several months later i received the serum but didnt find it very effective so wasnt going to order any more.I never received the second product? I have been very poorly for several months so have not kept an eye on my bank statements as I usually do and it is only going through them some weeks ago, I can see that I have been charged the above amount back in April of this year. This is not what was stated on the internet and I only received one item. For the last 3 weeks I have been trying to get in touch with the company Lift Pro & Glo that are based in the US but I am not getting any response back and am just not sure how I am going to get my monies back that were wrongfully taken from my bank account?
