A few times a week I check my chase bank account online to balance my checking account. Tonight I noticed a charge from Archives.com. POS DEBIT INF*ARCHIVES.COM 888-455-2791 NE. I had to go online to see who these people are, and then I came across this page. I called my bank, and was told to contact the company tomorrow as it is probably a typo by the merchant (Archives.com), and I should bring it to their attention so they can fix it. Reading all the post on this company, I do not feel confident that they will help. I can call my bank back after the pending charge actually post and request a unauthorized charge to be removed. What a pain!!! Who has time for all this. I guess I will do it to get my money back. These people need to be prosecuted!
