my wife and attended a presentation at this horable hotel called the clarion in ithaca, ny., we drove like an hour to this presentation to recieve our gifts after we listened to the 90min presentation, when presentation was over with we sat there for another 30min waiting for our gifts, well my wife went to the back of the room and asked one of the supposingly managers when can we get our gifts, and he rudely told her to have a seat we will get them to you when we can, I was very offeneded by the professionalism that was conducted by these guys, especially sitting there listening to them cackle about us. My fellow glensfalls newyorkans and surrounding areas, Please, Please, do not attend this presentation, these guys are no good, their scamartist, keep your money in your pockect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
