This company faxed a flyer to my office stating that they had vacation packages to Las Vegas for $149 for hotel & airfare. They also stated that they would send us our package certified mail. Once we received the package to redeem our voucher from Fun Planet Vacation, a representative by the name of Wendy stated we had to pay an additional fee of $300 that didn't include airfare. However, there were a group of 15 people who booked with this company. There number is 1.888.758.4449 and the representative we booked with was Jason Brown at ext 177. The General Manager name is Mike Gonzalez 1.888.600.9852 ext 1331. Wayne Williams is the General Manager who is over customer service at 1.888.400.3957.

When our bank accounts were drafted for $150, no company name is endorsed on the back of the check of who really automatically drafted our money except for one name called Fun & Sun Travel. They are misleading people and taking their money for vacation packages! I have reported them to the FBI and to the Better Business Bureau.
