I purchased four packages for total of eight people for family vacation from a Jason brown in February for a 1200.00 was told when packages come in there will be activation fee another 552.00 I agreed to that. Then they wanted another 600.00 for registration fee. I started asking question about what other hidden fees were there and she started naming off all these other fees. Was also told that all eight of us (family) could go together but when I was speaking to the registration person she said no. That's when I started calling trying to get in touch with managers and it was horrible. It took me weeks to finally get someone his name was Wayne Williams whom I told I was not happy with being mislead so after many weeks of calling them constantly he put me through to mike Gonzales. Who told me he would refund me 640.00 of the 1752.00 at which point I agreed felt had no choice. Today is may 2 and have only gotten 380.00 out of them. Also they did check over phone for 1200.00 when I checked bank it was under fun & sun different name than America world travel. Then the 552.00 fee was also under a totally different name. Total SCAM. If anyone else has had this problem with these people please report. I see there was a report before me who has turned this over to BBB and FBI so am I
