I was told that the product for teeth whitening would be a one time charge of $14.95. I agreed and received the package which I personally used two times. After the second time I developed a serious sore on my gum which lasted for a week. I of course quit using the product. They sent me more which I returned. I never agreed to pay any further amount and then noticed on my Dec. bank statement two charges one for the $14.95 and another for Bellaclear in the amount of $84.36. I called to complain and they told me that it was too late and they could not return my $ even though I had returned my product and it caused a sore on my gum. Recently I noticed another debit for the same two amounts in January. This was even after I had called them regarding the first debits. Now they say my membership (which I didn't know I even had) is cancelled however they will not give me any refund. This is a total scam and I am quite sick about it. I have never had this kind of theft happen to me before and it appears there is no recourse.
