In May I saw the ad on the internet with the news reporters endorsement and felt it was legit. I ordered the product, but after received, couldn't take it. It made me sick. On May 21, I called customer service, received an RMA number and returned the product on June 6th. On June 28th my credit card account was charged the $79.99 plus $2.39 international fees. After they charged my account, I received an email stating a refund would be returned to my account within 10 days. I did not receive this refund. I emailed customer service twice since then but have never received a reply. Today I tried calling customer service only to find out that the number has been disconnected.
