I was online when I saw an advertorial for these two products, which claimed to be highly successful in helping to shift stomach fat. It said I could try each product for £2.49 each 'trial product - just £2.49'. So stupidly I ordered them and they arrived the next day. I used them for about four days during which time i had continous stomach pains and the rest, which you don't need to know about. I stopped taking them and the problems stopped and I thought no more about it until I checked my bank account last night, only to find that they had taken out a payment of £75 and another of £37.50. I called my bank immediately to cancel my card to try and prevent them taking any more money out. I then called the UK number of the company this morning and eventually got through to customer services (a misnomer if ever there was one). I explained the situation and they told me that in the terms and conditions it said that i had 14 days to cancel and if I didn't that those charges would be made from my account. I said they had no authority to do this as I had not filled in a direct debit mandate and that at no time had the future charges been made clear to me when i ordered the so-called 'trial'. They have flatly refused to give me my money back. I have cancelled and hope they can't take any more out but I would advise everyone to avoid them like the plague. this is a complete and utter scam.
