Unauthorized debit from my checking account. I called the customer service number and the said they would get back to me in 24 hours this did not happen they would give no further info on what the charge was for. I called again on the 8th same answer again called on the 12th same results called again on the 20th of July. They said I would get a refund to my acccount in 5 to 10 days so far nothing. I tried calling the customer service number again yesterday and this morning I get a message if I am calling about a $44.09 charge to my account please press 1. Then I get music and after 2 minutes a busy signal.
