Said he was in Malaysia on work building some bridge for railroad and needed $. phone #'s he used in Malaysia are (Personal Info Removed) The money I sent was addressed to a Richard Milford to Kuhala Lumpar Malaysia. He also used another email address that was supposedly his 13 year old sons [email protected].
