Last month, I ordered a set of mermaid wedding dresses for my coming wedding, however the delivery is far too late and the CS team confirmed me that the shipment will be on time before the date before my wedding, well ,the truth is it totally push out and it cost me $1k more to bought another set of dresses. And the worst is that the shipment arrive the right date of my wedding cecremony.WTF it totally damage my schedule as well as my mood. Anyone got the same experience.(Personal Information Removed) let's get together to complaint in every corner of the Internet .
