I paid via bank transfer and paid the transfer fee up front. Light in the Box denied this for a long time, so I confirmed with my bank the money was sent in full, they confirmed all was fine. Eventually Light in the Box accepted they had recieved money but it was not enough and they wanted more, they would not explain why it was not enough but just made excuse to blame me and my bank the Halifax which is a part of Lloyds group PLC who I doubt would lie. But with all the complaints I have since heard this company would and did. So after paying £47 they offered me £15 in return and no good obviously. Bad info on company website and bad service. Awful
