I cancelled this service on Mar 8, 2011 after I checked my CC statement and saw a charge of $39.90. I received an email from the person I spoke to and the email stated there will be not more charges taken out of my account. Well today, two days later what do you know...another charge of $35.90 was deducted from my CC. I call the company the CSR tried to tell me that it was a charge for my husband!!! What are you talking about??? The CSR did not mention anything about my husband on Mar 8th when I cancelled the account!!! I requested to speak to the supervisor...it was charges for Jan and Feb 2012...WHAT!!! The CSR did not say anything about past monthly fees when I cancelled and she sent me an email stating there will be NO MORE CHARGES DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT. They told me the best that they can do it reverse ONE MONTHLY FEE which is $17.95...I show not charge of this amount...INFOEXD.COM IS A SCAM...they will take your money when you blink your eye...I have decided that I will cancel my CC and get a new one...how many ppl had to go this route???
