This application just appears on your iPhone, as others have noted, WITHOUT YOU DOWNLOADING IT!
It then proceeds to charge your iTunes account (against your positive balance or your credit card/paypal account) until it gets shut off.
THE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS APPLICATION ON APPLE'S ITUNES SITE ARE OVER 100 AND MONTHS OLD!
Apple is doing NOTHING to stop this.
Apple's iTunes has been hacked by whomever created this hacker, users passwords and info has been stolen, and apples lack of security has caused hundreds of people to be scammed, have their passwords leaked and their money stolen.
Apple NEEDS to remove this app and figure out HOW this company has been able to place this application on people's phones without downloading it and how they are stealing all this money.]
WAKE UP, APPLE! I am a LONGTIME (22 years) buyer of apple products and a strong loyalist, but your lack of response and security issues have me very worried.
FIX THIS!

Hello Mikessp,
I would like to try and explain that it is not the developer of the application that has "hacked" or "stolen" from you, but someone who is committing credit card theft and identity theft.
The company has discovered who some of these individuals are and has reported them to Apple and the property area authorities, and is continually investigating the fraud.
If you contact apple, they can confirm that developers can not just charge your account, unless your password has went through apples api.
