I filled in an ad on the internet saying you could earn $400 a day. I did not submit my credit card details as I was not sure of it. Sign up was for $1.95 for 5 days and then a monthly charge of $29.95 for the up keep of your back office. I got a call back, and impressed by professionalism signed up, then the next morning I rang customer support that said I needed to ring business client support to go thru the training packages even if I did not sign up. They rang me on Sat and went thru the packages with me very professionally, giving me a choice to purchase. I thought to learn internet marketing it was necessary to be taught by the professionals so I agreed on a $2,050 package that was halved to $1,050 so that I could give a testimonal at the end of the 16 week training of how I was doing and how much money I was making. Nimit, the business consultant saling me the package quickly got me onto the page where they had computer generated my signature. He never mentioned reading the Terms and Conditions. I did not see them online and apparently it was a non-refundable transaction that I did not realise. Later when I rang customer support and asked when was I likely to make money, I was told that it would take a while to set up the website and put in place the advertising mechanisms to bring people to your website. It would take a few weeks and then I also found out with Amazon.com who were providing the products to sell, they only paid every 3 months. I quickly worked out I couldn't get a loan from the bank as I would not have the date of payment and I am on a benefit so that is base money really. I cancelled within the 5 day period, so not to incur the $29.95 a month website fee and asked for a refund for my training package I brought and had not used. Gene Schneider called from Elite World Systems asking why I wanted to go out of my business which I told him and he told me I would probably get most of a refund back after I told him I hadn't slept that night. He booked me in to talk with Chris McCarthy the following day. Chris rang at 2.10pm the next day. First he tryed to talk me to stay in the business by the company paying $125 over 2 weeks off my credit card of which I said no. Then he explained it was non-refundable but to keep the companies good name and due to my circumstances they were prepared to pay back $600 over 6 weeks off my card. I asked why not in one lump as most companies do and he said they had to minimise costs as he explained that the company put up matching money to give me training. Sounds very dodgy to me as I had not even started my training and therefore I should be given a full refund! We also had an arguement over my signing my credit card and the computer generated signature of mine. Chris saying that I went thru several steps to activate the signature and me saying it appeared from there side and I was told to press the green button. He also disputed me having the chance to read the terms and conditions, which I said I never saw and Nimit never mentioned let alone gave me time to read. They are very professional fast operators that are scamming people very quickly by not fully informing them how long it takes to make money, so how much time you get into debt in the meantime. They also do not let you read Terms and Conditions and hurry you very professionally thru to purchasing over your means. This is costing me dearly as I have minimal means to pay and all my reserves will go to pay this off, while they give me a measily $600 over 6 weeks. Tomorrow I will be emailed the form to agree to terms and finally the Terms and Conditions which by the way do not feature on in the Back Office like they should.
