I placed an order with the company online 02/05/2012 for a certain product my regular supplier had sold out of. Because of the free shipping offer on orders of $50.00 or more, I ordered several of the same item as well as a couple other things. On 02/07/2012 my MasterCard was debited making me think that the order was shipped and on the way (many places do not charge until order ships). There was no shipping details provided so I tried contacting them via email a week later, no response. After 2 weeks I requested a refund to my debit card, if the order had not already shipped. No reply, No response, No refund, No order, No shipping confirmation, NOTHING. By this time my regular supplier has the item in stock, but first I need my money back from this dead beat company. I can understand not being able to fulfill an order, but do NOT understand or accept holding my money for over a month, or why they would even debit my card without ever shipping the items. It's not like a credit card where I can request a chargeback it is a debit card that takes the money directly from my account. The fact that they took steps to complete the payment process instead of reject or deny my order shows me this company is incompetent and unprofessional. The steps I need to go through to get a refund will take several weeks and can only be done by mail, costing me time, postage, and trouble for absolutely NOTHING, not even an explanation. What a disgrace and dishonor they are to the person whose name they do business under. Next stop is the BBB ....
