This company has taken this money from my 84 year old father and has never sent any information on what he has purchased. We have gone to his bank and red flagged the account. He has a number that he calls and talks to a customer service rep that keeps telling him that they are working the paperwork for his refund and to call back in 7 day's. This has been ongoing for four months now, Someone needs to stop these people from robbing from the elderly.
