On Feb. 10th 2012 I got an email from mypaydaybuiler.com that my account is now active and they are charging me $30. I have never even been to their website or signed up for anything. I called them immediately and they said they would give me a refund and to allow 10 days. I called 10 days later on the 20th and was told to give it until that friday the 24th. I called again and was told to call back on monday the 27th if I don't receive it. I again called back on Monday and got the same run around. I finally got to talk to a supervisor (so they said) and was
told that she would look into it and email me one way or another what she found out. I have never heard back. It has now been 19 days since I first called them. I have already contacted my bank and my next step is to file charges against them.

- Same story here. I have tracked down the actual company agent and managers. No surprise, the Palm Harbor FL address is most likely a UPS mailbox. The real address is Lisa Picconi, 1290 Pineridge Circle E #121G2, Tarpon Springs Fl 34688. The Secretary of State lists her and Mohamed Ali of 3034 Salisbury Dr, Holiday Fl 34691 and Sir Barrington Avarlte Cater of 4033 Baden Dr, Holiday Fl 34691 as members of the LLC. You can also find Lisa's phone and email on the Sec. of State page if you search the LLC filing. And Lisa Picconi Montalbano is on Facebook. Just so you know.
