Like all of the other reports on this company I read here... yes they take your money without your permission, when you call they start out saying they 'will' refund your money...then with each call, they finally progress to telling you that you need to fax them more information to 'prove' they took it??? So I called their supposedly... 'third party vendor' named L & M Enterprises who then says firstly,'they are only a third party vendor'... however as you continually call them, their story changes also.
So, since I started this calling one month ago...and today I made a call to the L & M Enterprises who now is saying that our refunds will be taken care of by the end of this week and leave your number and name so they can call you to let you know of the progress of your money due to a 'bank glitch preventing it'(remember that they were ONLY a third party vendor???). I think that everyone who has been ripped off by these people should constantly call this L & M Enterprises and leave their name and number...daily! And here's their number.. (562) 508-4886.
If you try to call My PayDay Builder you will only get the recorded message that say they are 'upgrading the system' and leave a message and they 'will' return your call the following day... They Will Not! I've done it over and over...SCAM!!!
