Stephen was supposed to do some handy work at my residence. He and his spouse came over one evening and looked at the work to be done. He said that to reserve a spot I need to pay a deposit of $100. I also requested him to buy doors and ageed to give $200. In total I gave him a cheque of $300. He agreed to work on Sat Feb 18 and Tues Feb 21st. He sent an e-mail saying that he had another commitment and rescheduled for Friday, Feb 24th. I took a vacation day from work and waited for him and he never came. He also would not respond to any of my e-mails. I have also filed a complaint with OPP.
