Complaint 8100 Details

I payed for a computer I was never to recieve. They gave me the run around and disconnected there number I want the $700.00 they stole from me. I called them in Oct. 30, 2009 and ordered a computer from them and started making payments of $29.99 every week for 7 months with an intial payment of $99.00. In may I called to get my shipment date they told me that i had to fill out more paperwork to get my date i filled out those papers and returned them and was told I would recieve my computer in June but that never happened so i called and called but they kept giving me the run around. They told me that they had problems with there Bank and to call back so I did and when I did I was told I had to pay the full balance before I could get my computer and I told them I just want to cancel my order because they broke the agreement but they told me if I broke the agreement i would loose my money but in all due reality they broke the agreement first. I was also told that the only thing I could do was purchase something elsse from them but i didnt want anything else i wanted my computer. When i called them back there number was no longer in service they ran with my money. SCAMERS!!!!!!! They took my $700.00 and i got nothing. This started in October of 2009 and I called back and got a disconnect notice in June of 2010. Can you help me?
