I signed up to purchase a top of the line laptop computer. This also comes with a free copy of my credit report. Since I was approved I was supposed to get free promotional gifts which consist of a free MP3 player and 19 item software suite and a free Nintendo Wii Gaming system. They first took a down payment of $99.00 and then 59.90 starting with the date of November 30th 2009 it was coming out on my statement as Guaranteed consumer Funding untill June 6th,2010 then it switched financial companies to Duvera financial out of Carlsbad, CA that went on till the end payment on February 22,2011 and Duvera sent me a letter stating that I was paid in full. I waited untill march and no merchandise had arrived. I called my bank to stop the payments they could only stop 1 month of refunds. Duvera stated that I owed them $298.69 because my bank stopped payments. I did not pay them because they did not send me my stuff so then Duvera had sent this over to a collection agency which is called Palomar. They demanded payment. Then it went back to Guaranteed consumer funding.
