We were led to beleive that Platinum Realty Exchange had a buyer and offered us a reasonable value for our Timeshare in Mexico. After not finding any real issues with Platinum Realty Exchange we signed a contract. We were than informed we needed to make sure that our contract with our Timeshare was cleaned up (maintenance fees for a period of time). We were asked to wire money through American Title Escrow Services and did so understanding we would be compensated. We were advised to send additional funds to taht were also to be reimbursed. We waited for closing and receiving our funds, but were informed of a new Mexican law were we would have to again wire more money. We were clearly taken and emailed these companies that we could not provide more funds until we were paid some amount.

They never answered calls or emails and to this day we cannot get through. I could go on, but its just a brutal situation that needs to be stopped.
