I was approached my Platinum Realty Exchange offering to list my timeshare. They said they worked on commission so I didn't have to send any upfront free. they put me in touch with American Title Escrow Services who would handle the paperwork to complete the transaction. They asked for transfer fee money which I paid, then sent me a letter from a Mexican Tax official (which I found out was phony and forged) looking for income tax money. I checked this out on their government site and yes income tax was due however the forms they sent turned out to be fake. They have since asked me to pay a NAFTA fee...this I knew was not legit. The company handling the money in Mexico turned out to be a Dentist Office. I can't locate either of these companies on Google maps. Beware...these are scam artists and very convincing.
