Signed into Experian to get my credit score in August 2011. Unwittingly signed onto some service that charged me $14.95 the first month and then 17.95/mo. after that through Feb. 6, 2012. I did not want any service and I cannot imagine what they could provide that is worth that amount! Not only are they deceptive, but downright greedy. I now know statements are availble if I log into Experian, but I received no e-mail notice or paper mailing. I will attempt to cancel when their office opens in the morning.

My son was charged about 7 times, he is on unemployment and they robbed him. Pretty sad when the kid is attempting to improve his credit

- Complaint was resolved. I contacted Experian and was offered a cancelation, but no credit. I went up the chain one super and challenged that I never accessed the account they said I ordered. they agreed and refunded all the charges.
