On February 7th.2012 I went on line and ordered the Sliceomatic for 19.99 plus $6.94 shipping.
As I was checking out the invoice came up for $53.96. I tried to call the company and found that there was no phone number. Yesterday I received two large boxes from Sliceomatic. I did not open them as one box was severley damaged and I had no idea of why I would receive two large boxes when I only ordered one slicer. In the meantime I checked my bank statement for my Visa card and found that I was charged $53.96 and $33.97. I went on line and found the Web site for the product and found a 800 number. I have called and discovered that it is impossible to speak to a representative. I am sending both unopened boxes back and will put the charges on my credit card in dispute.
