Samsung washer, dryer purchased 7/30/2009 (cost over $2,000)
chrome stripes replaced 8.9/2010 because of bleeding on both. May 2011, chrome started bleeding on washer- wrote Geesung Choi will do nothing because it is out of warranty and cosmetic. In October 2011 I wrote again stating the door (washer) was pithing and turning green, dryer did the same thing. My letter was returned unopened. Dec 2011 wrote Samsung Elec.with documents and picture of washer & dryer Certified Mail-and to this date 2/2012 have not heard from them and never been ignored by a company. The whole world should be told how they treat their customers!!!

Update: 02/23/2012

All I asked for was to replace doors and chrome. and a warranty for the replacement if it ever happens again. I can' believe I'm the only one in this world with this ongoing problem- I'm 86 years old and am being completely ignored and used.

Update: 02/23/2012

I didn't call it false advertising it's just completely ignoring a customer.

Update: 02/23/2012

Not sure if this a right place to report my my problem???
