Juveneu/reliftxs/and smoothandnewskin

I ordered a free sample of Juveneu and just paid for the postage via my debit card. When i received my bank Statement in November I saw a payment for Juveneu £57.93 and also a payment went out from a company called smoothandnewskin, who they are i dont
know, for £ 96.78 i have never received anything from this company only juveneu, then i noticed also a payment to reliftxs for a tub of cream which i did receive,but did not request £100.65 for a tub of useless cream. I tried to contact these people but to no avail
when in January I found a terms and conditions site with a telephone number and e-mail address for Juveneu and reliftxs they promised to cancel my subscription which i never realised that i had entered into, but not before they had taken a total of £468.45 from November to January.I received an e-mail back from reliftxs in February after sending them a total of 4 e-mails and threatning them with the police, and they agreed to pay me back $149.30 dollars, the same day the e-mail arrived from them they took another £91.18 from my bank. My bank informed me straight away and are now dealing with these pieces of slime.Please do not ever send for a free sample of face creams, it will not make your wrinkles look better you will look ten years older with the stress.
