Ordered a TV through Google Checkout and never got confirmation from the site. I got an receipt email in Google Mail from Google Checkout. Called the number on the website and got a recording to take down a 900 number that will be a $1.99 charge. Did a little more research and realized I got scammed. I called my credit card company and notified them of the situation. Went to Scambook.com and got WOT.

- I had the exact same experience as ANNONYMOUS did. I just can't believe that Google was a part of this scam, but obviously (since I did my purchase through Google and not the fake web company) they are. And the fact that NO ONE from Google has responded to any of us that got scammed is even more disheartening. Bye bye Google, you've lost a valuable customer (I won't be using your email or browser or any products from now on). -JeffScott101
