I ordered an Apple 8gb iPod Touch on 27 Feb 2012. On 1 March 2012 I was notified it had been shipped and was given a USPS tracking number. It is now 19 March and the USPS has no record that the item was shipped. Repeated emails and phone calls to the company have not been answered. Cardholder Services is working to have the 139.99 credited to my account, however they have not been successful yet (they tell me it could take up to 45 days). Cardholder services added if they are not successful the charge will remain on my account.
